The aim of P J Palmers is to provide you with the level and quality of

We provide competitive fees with a first class service.

Tenant Introduction Service
Initial inspection and valuation of the property.
Advice on furniture and gas safety matters.
Advertise the property through various medium.
Arrange viewings and accompany prospective tenants.
Obtain references as required including financial check.
Prepare and serve Tenancy agreement.
Collect first months rent and deposit in cleared funds.

P J Palmers will deduct our fee from the first months rent and pay the
balance plus the deposit to the landlord.
Our fee for this service is only two weeks rent plus vat.

Rental Collection Service
As the above service and also to include:
Informing all utility companies of new tenants occupation.
Prepare basic schedule of condition.
Serve legal notices as required during the tenancy.
Collect the rental and account to the landlord.
Our fee for this service is 8% (plus vat) of the rental.

Full Management Service
In addition to the services provided in the Tenant Introduction and Rental Collection service above our Full Management service also provides:
Full inventory and schedule of condition.
Regular property inspections (3 months & 6 months)
Property Management communications with yourself and tenants.
Maintenance arranged if required to the property.
Emergency repair service (24 Hours)
Problem solving Property Manager.
Check out of tenant and supervision of deposit return.
Our fee for Full Management is 12.5% (plus vat) of the rental

We are also able to quote for Rent guarantee, Legal Protection,
Building and Contents Insurance.
