P J Palmers aim to offer a quality service to both tenants and landlords alike

We are happy to conduct viewing outside normal office hours subject to landlord approval and circumstances and we are willing to offer any help or advice required.

We aim not to waste either yours or our time by showing you only suitable properties that are in good condition and fit your circumstances, i.e. pets, smokers, children etc

We always accompany viewings to gather your feedback and aim to be honest and straight forward with our descriptions. Any questions that we cannot answer immediately we will endeavour to find the answer to as quickly as possible.

If we show you a property that you wish to rent, our procedure is to take a “holding deposit” of £200, we then require that you complete a tenant application form and subject to references, on the day you move in we require the balance of the deposit, our fee’s and your first months rental in advance, these monies need to be in cleared funds, i.e. cash, building society cheque or bankers draft.

We always recommend to landlords that an inventory and schedule of condition is prepared and we will provide this for you on check-in. We collect rents via standing orders and aim to make your day of moving as smooth and trouble free as possible.
